The Metsähallitus' Bothnian Bay angling permit entitles you to fish with a fly or lure in waters managed by Metsähallitus, located in the sea area between Kokkola and Tornio. The angling permit area covers approximately 6,700 hectares of water, the largest being the Huituri water area off the coast of Tornio.
